NOTE :
- Just since he has performed his profession very well, although he always has stood far away from political, ethnic, religious, and other polarizations, his education right violated by fascist academicians related to junta in April 2002 just before completing his PhD study, then with the support of fascist agents in juristocracy to the fascism winds blowing in Turkey, this violation has continued 5 years and he has been blocked illegally to have his PhD diploma.
- 7 articles, which he used to be promoted to associate professor degree, of the fascist academician, who triggered the violation of his education right, have been withdrawn by arXiv, which is in the USA and is the greatest article archieve in its area, because of plagiarism and declared to the world,
in August 2007. arXiv at the same time has withdrawn 70 articles of 15 academicians from Turkey because of plagiarism and declared to the world. 5 of them are the members of the same ring with the mentioned fascist academician, they were co-writers and 16 articles were prepared by this ring. This ring was related to other rings. This case was announced to world by one the world's 2 famous popular scientific magazine Nature, of England, which is 130+ years old, in its 06.September.2007 (no. 449 , 8) issue by Geoff Brumfiel 's article "Turkish physicists face accuisitions of plagiarism" as the greatest plagiarism case in the history, with an emphasis that "In Turkish culture plagiarism is not even regarded as deplorable".
